American Boeing Company fined $200 million for making false statements regarding Max 737 aircraft

 

American Aeroplane Maker Company Boeing Max 737 Fined

Washington (News Update) American Aircraft Manufacturing Company “Boeing” has been fined $200 million for putting counterfeit statements about the Aero plane Model Max 737. The company will deposit this penalty to the Securities and ExchangeCommission (SEC). It should be noted that Boeing Aircraft Manufacturing Company's Max 737 Aircraft had two accidents between Years 2018 and 2019, as a result of which 3 hundred and 46 people lost their precious lives.

According to the commission's statement that after the first accident, the Boeing Company recognized that there was a dilemma in its flight control system, but in spite of this, they told the community that these planes were fully safe for airworthiness.

 

Dennis Muilenburg Former CEO Boing Company 

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) also told that Ex CEO Boeing Dennis Muilenburg has already approved to compensate $1 million to resolve the issue.
